The second beta for 0.9 has just posted beens. It contains THE FOLLOWING
fixed and changes:
- Updated French, hebrew and japanese
messages - Fixed bug With SkypeTalking always using english language when
auto-started with Windows
- Fixed bug with Preferences not launching when SkypeTalking is
